Pendik Yüzyıl Hospital, with its location in Pendik/Istanbul, 95-bed capacity, 3 operating rooms, and more than 450 healthcare personnel, had a strong healthcare brand profile offering services in many fields such as aesthetic and plastic surgery, obesity surgery, IVF and infertility, orthopedics, and oral and dental health. The presence of areas on the homepage addressing different user needs, such as online appointments, online test results, maternity packages, and check-up services, clearly revealed the need for a more planned, faster, and user-friendly structure on the digital side as well.
Strategic Planning and SEO-Focused Content Structure
In this project, while the page hierarchy was reconsidered, a flow was designed through the Crabs Media approach so that users could reach physician, medical unit, and online service pages more quickly. Content headings were simplified, a more organized content structure in line with SEO criteria was created with Crabs Media expertise, and the hospital’s trust-inspiring corporate identity was reflected more strongly in the digital world.
